    Default Lego Batman 2

I just picked up this new Lego Batman game last night and it is amazing. It's great to finally get a Lego game with voices in them especially when they got the voice talent from most of the shows. I usually don't play much in the DC Universe, I prefer Marvel, but I think they have a really good story-line developing. Mostly I play Batman Arkham Asylum, Partypoker and Call of Duty but some how the Lego games always pull me right in.

I think it's the kid nature of the Lego games that get most of "hardcore" gamer's because of their simplistic play style and great puzzles. The fact that you can play the Justice League and then some is a cool idea also. The attacks of the Green Lantern are hilarious and the villains and heroes one-liners keep the humor going. If you haven't played these kind of games before, go get them! They are terrific, and they continue to bring more and more out.

I still haven't picked up this game but I've been watching reviews on YouTube and the "open world" aspect of this game ala GTA Vice City or World of Warcraft is really quite amazing looking! You can fly anywhere as Superman, zip around town as The Flash, take to the air as Green lantern, and brood on rooftops as Batman, I think that's just so darn cool and I'm glad they made Gotham one huge city instead of the old Lego game formula. I can't wait to buy this game!

I'm going out to buy the Superman Vs. The Elite video this Saturday: if they have this in for PS3, I can see me giving in to temptation.

You unlock GL and Cyborg towards the end, the open world i cool. But the flying system is horrible, almost impossible to controll and takes multiple passes to not miss the roof top. Overall its a fun game but i was expecting more from the hype. Well SPider-man comes out next week hopefully that doesnt let us down.

I look forward to picking this up for the Nintendo 3DS. I played the demo and it was wonderful. I also played a demo for the XBOX 360 but I didn't like some of the game play structure as much as the 3DS version. For some reason or another the XBOX just doesn't resonate with me like PlayStation or Nintendo. Hopefully I pick it up later this month. I really like the Justice League aspect of the game too!

I legitimately enjoy these games because they're something that both me and my sister can enjoy together. Not to mention how silly some key moments are portrayed that just leave me in stitches. (Like in their games for LoTR and Star Wars where dead characters just explode). That combined with the Open World aspect of it will probably have me getting it as soon as I can afford it xD (Which will peeve me slightly as I can't get Zatanna ;A;)

Can anybody tell me how big of a role does Black Canary have in this game and if we can select her as a playable character, furthermore her skills?
Also does she make an appearance in the portable version of the game?

I got done playing the story mode last night, and Black Canary doesn't show up at all. I think she is one of the red or gold brick bonus characters.
Does any one know how or if we can change capes in the create a character.

Black Canary is unlocked in the Free roam mode with gold bricks. I don't remember her location but I do remember you need 150 gold bricks. She doesn't use any martial arts, just her Canary Cry. She's pretty fun.

Can anyone tell me what the points are, I have seen on some sites that you need say 20 points to release a character. I have an Xbox and was wondering what this meant, thanks.

I got the vita version and i would advise anyone to stay away from the handheld versions. Pre-ordered from amazon for 29.99 with a 10 coupon for a future game.

Problem is, the handheld version is dumbed down. Less levels (lots of less levels), less to unlock, less to find, no open play, i might have to get the PS3 version for the complete version of the game. Its a shame too, i thought the Vita was powerful enough to handle full versions of games.
