Spawn Hardcover Limited Edition

So here's the story. My Dad owns an embroidery shop. When I was 15 he was meeting with the Spawn sales team trying to get the spawn logo account. During one of the meetings he mentioned that I was a fan of the Spawn series. One of that sales people gave my Dad a Red Hardcover with gold embossed with issues 1-12 inside. So what I think I know is it was privately distributed and was never sold to the public. If anybody has any other info it would be appreciated, like what its worth or the story behind it.

Never heard of a red hardcover. Maybe try contacting someone at TMP about it.

I've seen a bunch of those on ebay in the past. The hardcovers are in different colors collecting about a dozen Spawn issues each. I saw a white hardcover on ebay last week.

They were giveaways to employees.

There are 8 volumes that collect the main series up to #96, 3 volumes that collect Curse of the Spawn & Spawn: The Undead, and 1 that collects the Bloodfeud, Angela & Violator mini-series.
