Immediately following the final round of the draft, players may trade characters of same status and value with each other. In order to trade characters, both parties must Private Message (PM) me approving the trade. The PM must include the name of the other party and the character that they've agreed to trade. The trade goes into effect once I receive both PMs.

Players may also PM trade requests for characters still on the draft list. PMs for draft list trades must include which character you want and which you're giving up. These will be awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis.

All trading must be completed before Midnight EDT on Friday, July 27.

Battles during the first week will take place in front of The Bellagio (diagram attached). "A" teleports in onto the walkway along W. Bellagio Drive where it approaches the hotel's main entrance. "B" teleports in onto the crosswalk above the walkway along Las Vegas Boulevard near Flamingo Road. Teams teleport in during one of the nighttime fountain shows so there will be hundreds of tourists.

First team listed in any battle is "A", second team is "B". Be sure to have your strategies PMed to me no later than 10AM EST the day of your match.

I justed wanted to mention something for the voting before League started just in case. We haven't talked about this a whole ton on CBR but Justin moved into my place back on April 1. Because we share an internet connection it's likely our votes will show up with the same IP address. Is this going to cause a problem or would it be better for me to try and vote from my phone or at work.

Battles during the second week will take place at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, D.C.. Diagram attached. Timeframe is early afternoon so there will be tourists.

First team listed in any battle is "A", second team is "B". Remember, teams are teleported in with no prior knowledge of where they'll be fighting. They know the who they're fighting, just not where. Obviously characters who are familiar with this location or who can utilize the surroundings are at an advantage. Also remember that characters only know as much about their opponents as the most knowledgable member of their own team does.

Be sure to have your strategies PMed to me no later than 10AM EST the day of your match.
