Wyokid's argument is flatout terrible, by his logic Thor should listen to USA's President & allow Ultimates to be capturing right now instead of fightning Reed Richards. It's just him wanting to complain about Millar's run and claiming somehow Loeb's work made Thor see the American Supreme Power any differently.

I read part of that. HE seems more interesting that the 'original' Thor. Mainly because he has emotions and expresses them. Even if that emotion is rage. Also, I like his costume more. I think the modern Thor costume in incredibly uninteresting and looks kind lop-sided with chainmail sleeves and hub-capped armored chest. Comics should be more colorful than the color grey to me.
They can't change back to his old costume because of the movie and because of that Clone Thor thing.
Don't get me started.
Original Ultimate Thor had plenty of emotion. He just didn't lose his cool, act like an idiot and attack his friends. Millar's Thor had complexity, he had depth. He had hate for the police who were beating the f**k out of some peaceful protesters. He felt frustrated when nobody believed in him, all whilst never acting like a 13 year old spoilt brat. He wasn't a dickhead to his teammates. He was kind and well mannered. He was a gentle giant, a nice chap, liked to drink, was a positive guy that actually SMILED from time to time. When Loeb came along all that flew out the window. And for the next coming years, we had lost our beloved Ultimate Thor.

Anyone who doesn't like Miles Morales is a racist.
Hitch's design is a throw back to the Sci-fi Asgardians that Kirby's artwork echoed.

Legends speak of a destroyer. A poison which infects the very core of everything comic related that it is exposed to, eating it away until there is nothing left. A terror that even the power Infinity Gauntlets of tens of universes could not vanquish. Even the darkest of evil cowers before the name Loeb lest he extinguish their very existence as he has done so many before them.

When the hell did that happen? Scan please. I believe you're making things up. Thor has never shown any pessimism towards any culture of people. That sound's more like Loeb's Thor: Hateful, arrogant and irrational.
You can't seriously be disgusted by his portrayal. That's a bit melodramatic don't you think?
Loeb's Thor was a complete disgrace to the interpretation that came before. Loeb also disgraced every other character, changing them completely. Hawkeye was so unreasonably selfish to the point where he decided to just shoot at Spider-Ma randomly. And miss too!! Giantman was portrayed as 'really alright', Tony Stark was reduced to an uncheerful, whimpering crybaby and Cap turned into some one-dimensional, arrogant, vagina kicking bastard.

While we're on the topic of Loeb's Thor, here's something I'm confused about. I may have missed something.
At the end of Loeb's Thor Reborn story, Thor kisses Valkyrie goodbye and cheers up and gives cap a new shield and its over.
Then I read Millar's Avengers vs. New Ultimates and he's getting into bed with a girl named Jane who he shares an apartment with. Was there a Thor story between these two that I missed?
