Yeah, I've read Wanted, I really didn't like it, in fact it was one of the most unsatisfying comic-reading experiences I've had... It's a perfect example of how a CSA book could be really really bad if the wrong creative team was doing it.

Have you ever read WANTED all the protagonists were irredeemable monsters yet it was critically acclaimed an adapted into a movie

It was a mini-series. Basically, what if the DCU-villains had won and ruled the world. I guess that is what made the idea work and of course going with the protagonists journey from everyday guy to being the new Deathshot. But once he has finished his journey and becomes the 'ultimate a$$hole' the story ends.

The movie though, had nothing to do with the comic anymore and was a stinker.
