A CSA Earth definitely.
That one shot Earth from Countdown where all the characters' sexes had changed to the opposite.
A new Earth where sexism is the prevalent objectification of men and all the heroines and villainesses are fully clothed and posed heroically/diabolically, while the heroes and villains are scantily clad and/or pose provocatively/sensually/sexually/physically impossibly.
"Gargantua, stop! We're... friends!"
- Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman
I don't think it would sustain a seties, but I'd love to see a mini about Vampire Batman & Robin (Robin was shown in Countdown as a vampire).
I know there was the Red Rain trilogy (and a nice tpb), but I think a horror-esque mini pitting VampireBats against, say, Constantine would be a lot of fun. Or any of the mystical characters.
As for the "90's Earth" concept, if Kal-El / Superman appeared he really must have the long hair.
A legacy hero Earth (Wally, Donna, Steph, Conner, etc).
The original Charlton heroes (Ted, Vic, etc) plus Booster Gold.
Earth X, where the Nazis won WWII, and the Quality heroes are the resistance fighters. Set it in the present day as well. Get someone that can pull off a dystopian future well.
Recommended Comics:
Star Wars: Dark Times,
Richard Stark's Parker by Darwyn Cooke,
Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye
This just occurred to me; DC year 1000. Medieval versions of the DC heroes and villains.

Cool images and cool mythology.
NEW EARTH/ EARTH 8:
An Earth where the first heroes and members of the Justice League are either dead and retired and their former sidekicks have to adopt their identites to save the world.
Years ago, when the heroes of E8 became aware of a huge threat most of them couldn't hope to survive. Knowing that, they start training young heroes who could take their place after their sacrifice comes.
In the present, Batman is dead after defeating Darkseid, leaving one kid (Damian) and his first (and only) sidekick (Dick). They become the new Batman and Robin.
After Hyppolita's death, Diana takes over the throne of the Amazons and Donna Troy adopts the identity of Wonder Woman.
Barry Allen, the original Flash is dead, but Wally West is ready to continue his legacy as the new Flash.
After Hal Jordan's corruption by Parallax, a new Green Lantern is chosen to defend the Earth: Kyle Rayner.
Supergirl finally grows up to become Superwoman and a depowered Clark Kent retires to live with his wife Lois.
Arthur Curry needs to lead his people after the destruction of New Atlantis, but Garth is ready to become Aquaman in his plcae.
Survivor Oliver Queen decides to train his own son Connor Hawke to one day become the Green Arrow.
Now it's up to Cyborg to unite all these heroes as the new incarnation of the Justice League.

Top 3: Batman, Wonder Woman, X-force
I wouldn't mind seeing the Crime Syndicate one... would be an alternate take on things and seeing heroic versions of Earth's supervillains as well. Plus, any excuse to show off a villainously cool Owlman would be good to see...
Edit: Alternatively, there is always the Tangent universe that has the character names but completely different backgrounds on them. Like Nightwing being a government agency etc etc.
I am Apocalypse! Look upon the future and tremble!
I am as far beyond Mutants as they are beyond you. I am eternal.
Evil? I am not malevolent, I simply am!
I think Earth-3 has potential, but they'd need to make a very concentrated effort to make it work and click with readers. First, the "reverse Earth" concept would need to be dropped, it's just too limiting. They'd be able to stand out a lot more if characters like Ultraman and Owlman actually started with some level of good in them, rather than just being super powered thugs, even if they'd still be villains overall.
They'd also have to take a lot of care with each reimagination, even villains turned heroes. I think an heroic Joker could become a big character for DC, but he has always come off like a joke in these reimaginations. They need to execute the character just right, toning down the 'clown' stuff and focusing more on the card motif, suit wearing and unpredictable genius intellect, but keeping the black humor, to make him work as an hero. Although I don't think the Dark Knight Joker should be brought to the comics, I feel like Joker's heroic mirror version should be closer to that than to the clown he usually ends up being.

The Kirby earth, written by Grant Morrison with art by Keith Giffen or Doug Mahnke.

Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
I've started to think that certain characters might be better off somewhere other than Earth-Whatever the Main Earth Is. Didio's the one who always said that the Shazam gang didn't "fit" the DCU. Is the current Shazam back up in in the "main" Earth? Because putting Billy, Mary, and Freddy on their own earth might be the way to go.
Seriously, from now on, DC should bag the reboots. Just. Use. The. Multiverse.
This could be a very interesting idea. Starting with the New Gods using Earth as their "Vietnam," causing devastation that leaves a Kamandi world with characters like Witchboy, the Demon and Mister Miracle operating in it. As well as an over-powering corporation trying to re-make it in its own image, via O.M.A.C.!
