My dream Superman DTV would be Superman: Secret Identity, written by Kurt Busiek and illustrated by Stuart Immonen. Which tells the story of a "real world" Clark Kent who develops the Powers and abilities of the fictional Superman.

But seriously, I'd rather DC just release a Deluxe Hardcover of Secret Identity. That last scene between Clark and Malloy is one of my favourite scenes in comics.
