Movie Van Damme doesn't need eyesight to fight, seemed much limber and he could Dim Mak him as well.

I don't recall movie Segal being as impressive beyond the amounts of pain he was willing to inflict to wrongdoers.

Does composite Segal have anything to counter composite Van Damme's Universal Soldier?

If I recall my film trailers correctly, Seagal has 'The Glimmer Man', or something along those lines, where he does stuff like double-palm-strike people and literally send them rocketing 30' through the air.

If I am incorrect about this, PLEASE enlighten me.

    No, you are correct.
He also moves at ridiculous speeds and thus referred to the "Glimmer man". A guy says something like "You see only jungle. Then a glimmer. Then you area dead."

But, he is far more impressive in Belly of the Beast. He strikes people sending them dozens of feet away. He is shot at with an arrow, has time to turn around and step, casually grabbing a sword and turning back to cut the arrow in half despite not moving until the arrow had already made it about half way across the room. He also has a scene where he is falling to the ground and is capable of shooting accurately at like.. I think four targets and taking them out with multiple shots (each hitting) before he hits the ground. He has solid speed feats putting him at least around street-level speed from a comic considering how casually he treats an arrow. Plus the quite crazy striking power.
The Avengers: It is less of a movie and more of a Religious Experience.
It will change the way you view... well, everything.

Van Damme would have a major advantage in that there would be two of him (since he was twins in Double Impact).

I still think Seagal can bullet-time up to a point.

Van Damme's Unisol strength is a big factor though, considering he was juicing up with instant steroids by the end. And running through walls, pushing an SUV at like 45 mph, and a deadened pain response. And he was no-selling several hits at the end of Bloodsport.

EDIT: Also I never saw the last Universal Soldier movie, so there's also whatever he did in that.
