Supergirl #10 preview

Pardon me, just passing through, but I had recently found out that the site that gets previews sometimes, PopMatters, has an open access files index on their website, and often puts up files for their previews early, then ends up putting incorrect file urls on their preview posts the next day. Weird, I know... But with all that in mind, I set a goal for myself, I was going to find the links to preview pages, and post them somewhere before the preview even goes up on their site, and Supergirl #10 is that preview, so here you go!

Really good issue this week! I'm really glad to see the Siobhan didn't turn evil like I thought she might, and the worldbuilding the writers are doing is really great, even if the world they're building is already dead.

Loved this issue though I feel that Siobhan will turn evil down the line now that her fathers soul is basically inside her. The art was lovely and I enjoy learning more about Krypton's myths and places on it.

Another solid issue, I loved the design of the flame dragon!

I'm hoping Siobhan stays on the straight and narrow, her interaction with Kara is too good to lose to villainy.

Thgouth this was a nice conclusion to the Black Banshee arc. I'm a little surprised Siobhan wasn't more invovled though her eating her father the same way he ate the souls of others certain leaves potential for interesting future stories.

I'm really intrigued where they intend to go with Siobhan this time around. I really thought this story was going to end tragically with Silver Banshee going down her father's path. Hell after she absorbed him I was expecting her to murder her brother. I was pleasantly surprised that this isn't what happened at all. I look forward to seeing more of the Smythe's and hope they become a staple of Kara's supporting cast.

And I'm assuming that the guy at the end of this issue (and on the cover of #11) is Tycho?

I freakin love that she summoned Kryptonian battle armor and dual light sabers to ultimately gladiator head scissor chop a freakin flame dragon!

Mighta been one of the most fun issues of the relaunch for me.

I just got my copy of #10 and loved it! Supergirl has been consistently good since #1. I even like it more than Batman, so that's saying something for me.

I would like to see her trying to adapt to society soon, though. I hope she doesn't just bounce around from battle to battle each month. I want the social aspect as well as the action!

Haha, I think that's about the best description for it that anyone could have come up with. It's exactly what happened, but it sounds even more awesome when you phrase it like that. Kudos.
