The interesting part here is that Fraction is saying the Phoenix 5 are still themselves. It's still Cyclops, Emma, Colossus, Magik, and Namor. That should make what the PF does a bit more interesting. And I guess that expains why they start not getting along as this event progresses... if the PF was in control, that wouldn't be the case.
Storm should've been in the Pheonix Five.

I'm not sure that's a good idea.
I can't shake the feeling that the Phoenix 5 stuff is going to end up going in a pretty bad direction. Storm might not be the best character used if it ends up doing that.
Magneto would probably be a good fit... but I imagine they want him on his own to interact Phoenix-free with Xavier and Wanda.
Ororo always resists the corruption of power.
Magneto always gets corrupted by too much power.
Those two would be too easy to figure; Magneto would try to establish a mutant empire, maybe even to turn everybody into mutants (which would have funny consequences if we take into account the majority of humans hate/fear/dislike Magneto and many of the newly empowered people would reject him and turn against his rule). Ororo would turn against Magneto and try to stop him; she is too proud for my tastes, but, truth to be told, she knows how to administer great power without losing her head.
The F5 fall in the middle: Namor, Emma and Illyana have obvious dark tendencies, Cyclops has lately become a zealot, and Rasputin has shown he has trouble dealing with the Cyttorak corruption, and probably will be just as bad dealing with the Phoenix. Itīs difficult to predict which one will become evil.

Ishmael, Moses and Job, knew the divine order.
That kids at Crayola did a terrible job on that art and why does Fraction make everyone sound like Snidely Whiplash, only more cartoony?
At least the kid who rooted for his Heat after Miami mailed it in against the Celtics is available for encouragement.
So Fraction actually doesn't include the full stops, or commas in the script. It's one of the things that I'm not so keen on in comics when they have "run on dialogue".
