I'm so glad that Marvel makes cartoons for this reason...
Yeah, it's okay if you have kids, I guess. But you should be exposing them to classical music instead.

Like Led Zeppelin? Because we listen to a lot of classic rock in my house.

I suppose a little Wagner or Handel wouldn't hurt, though.

I write it off as professional research.
(though, were I a stock broker or something I'd still likely prefer cartoons).

Children's cartoons are off topic for a forum called "x books". Moderators please move to tv or children's forum

Perhaps there should be a thread regarding what aged brandy and classical music to listen to while reading X-Men...

We had a thread like that. I'm trying to remember the title of it.

How about: were The X-Men Downton Abbey, which mutants would be the upstair aristocracy and which would be the downstairs help?

What I was saying was that Marvel lacks a cartoon about teenage heroes. I think one of the reasons why X-Men Evo ran for 4 seasons was that their targeted demographic (kids & teens) could identify with. Making a show with Wolverine, Emma and Cyclops as teachers @ Xaviers and then having the NXM be the actual heroes could be easily pulled off.

Evo wasn't bad, but it was no way as good as XTAS
