Tony (Hank and T'Challa if permited) would find away to take down Manchester, while the Hulk and Thor could take down the others. Simple as that.

T'challa is not in this fight. And no prep time. Both teams are just teleported to the Gobi desert and are instantly out to fight.
Both start 1 mile apart.

Manchester had TK strong enough to lift a slab of the ocean floor the size of a small island and toss around cars with ease, precise enough to pinch the blood vessel's in Superman's brain and give him a stroke. His Telepathy was enough to give Superman seizures as well, and could lobotomize general humans. Coldcast was durable enough to take punches from Superman and Atomic Skull, absorbed all of Atomic's Skull's energy, could release AOE blasts of EMP that could knock out organic beings, plus general EM blasts and shields. Menagerie had hundreds of little organisms that could shapeshift and merge into giant snake like creatures of various sizes that can bite or strangle people as well as toss Superman around. And finally, Hat was the wild card - he could pull just about anything out of his hat. Including giant demons and spirits that seem to obey him quite well. He summoned a giant dragon creature and ice dragon that froze a large part of the ocean. He's basically a drunken Chinese Presto from Dungeons n' Dragons cartoon on magical steroids. Plus all of them could fly.

Elite stomps.
At bell, Cap dies from any number of things. Iron Man probably dies from Black's TK. Hulk is ringed out. Then they gang up on Thor. Thor doesn't have the speed or precision to stop Black. Also, Superman did get prep from Vera, who gave Superman Manchester's black ops file so Superman knew where to hit him.
