Cowboy Bebop, hands down. The music that played during the show was brilliant, and I'd just die every time I'd hear The Real Folk Blues <3

Hey, nice thread. Checking Yoko Kanno right now and seems pretty nice.
I love all soundtracks by Yuki Kajiura like Noir, Madlax, El Cazador de la Bruja, etc.
