When did the ice guy even join the squad? I don't remember him. He just appeared in issue 9. Also, I think it is probably black spider, though it doesn't make sense since he is a good guy.
with all the regenerating, I get the feeling we're about to find someone on the Squad is a clone and it's either Black Spider or Waller.
-Black Spider is a cloned experiment of Basilisk and the mole
-Amanda Waller is not the real Waller, but a clone who has developed her own cognizance and thinks she's Waller.
-Amanda Waller is responsible, Basilisk is a result of her using her influence trying to bring back a dead family member and went rogue. She used the Squad to make sure no one would rat on her if they found out (thus the torture) or if she couldn't get away with killing the Squad post-mission.
King Shark and YoYo are on the team because they have to do with regeneration. Waller's been using her connections and influence to try to get her family back so she can leave the government.
ICEBERG reminds me of FROSTBITE / LEON from DV8
Source Wildstorm Resource WikiPowers/Abilities:
Frostbite is a thermal reactive capacitor. He extracts heat from his chosen target and internalizes it, enabling him to project blasts of freezing negative energy. He is at risk of internalizing too much energy, so he wears a special belt designed to prevent him from absorbing too much.
i have a beautiful filthy mind
I thought the point was it was someone who has been with the team from the start, which leaves out Iceberg guy. We have been lead down a path which really makes it seem as none of the would be a traitor. I doubt it is Deadshot - seems to important to the team and the book to let him go. Harley? Well I think she is just psycho and would have done better when she escaped (or why do it at all). El Diablo has been shown to have some pretty bad demons when fighting at the prison, so I don't think he is stable enough to pull it off. King Shark, well he did play possem a bit, I think that is part of his charm. I think having him come off as some infiltrater is weak. So, that leads Black Spider, who in many ways seems like the obvious choice. And obvious choices don't always work out - so who knows. It aint Yo-Yo, I am pretty sure.
It was very frustrating again.
When he puts the effort in, Dagnino is virtually as good as any artist out there. That's not an exaggeration, either - the page showing Yo-Yo confronting Waller was drop dead gorgeous. But he's so damn inconsistent and can't seem to maintain that level of detail for a whole issue.![]()
