As some of you already know, the amazons were turn into snakes. Does that mean they are gone for good? Are we ever gonna get the amazons back?Couldn't ww captured the snakes and find a way to undo the harm.

Well, there are a whole bunch of male Amazons working in Hephaestus' furnaces. And there is that one exiled Amazon in Demon Knights.
But, I'm sure we'll eventually see the female Amazons of Themyscira returned to their human form. I'm not sure it will be any time soon, but it will probably happen when the then current Wonder Woman writer decides that she/he wants to use them for story purposes.

No. It's comics, even if they got slaughtered and their corpses were shown in graphic details we could still have them back. The fact that they have been turned to snakes by magic just means somebody someday (even in the near future) can break the spell.

I do think DC editorial wants to get rid of them, and Paradise Island as well. Not dark enough.
