SPOILERS
I just finished reading IDW's "Night of 1000 Wolves" #1 (I know it came out in May but I just go to it) and loved it. #2 is coming out June 13th so I decided to read #1 to see if I'd be picking up #2 and was pleasantly surprised. The art is first rate and is a great fit for a horror book. The series is only a 3 issue mini so it wastes no time slowly building up momentum but starts fast from the very first page. The ending was great as the small family fights their way through a large pack of hungry wolves supposedly to the safety of a barn only to find out that there's something much worse inside. There's not a lot of dialog in this book as its mostly action but the pace seems appropriate for a 3-issue story. I can't wait for #2 and since it comes out tomorrow I wont have to.
