It's probably continuing with the relaunched, Humphries/Garney, Uncanny X-Force. New Uncanny X-Foce #1 is listed as the issue following Old Uncanny X-Force #35 on the subscription website.

How has everyone been making out on delivery times? My oldest outstanding issue is NA 33 from 11/14. I'm waiting on 3 issues from 11/21 (CA 1, AVE 34, ASM 698). Things have definitely gotten on track over the last few months. Still, may wait time swings from like 10 days to 3 weeks. I had short stretch where I was getting most of them within 9-10 days, but that hasn't happened recently.

Mine are still fluctuating as well, though it's settled down a little bit. September's comics were delivered between 5 to 7 weeks after on-sale, and October's were delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. I got comics for the 14th November last week (i.e. 3 weeks), but I haven't received my comic for the 7th November. And I've had to request two replacement copies in the last few weeks, which haven't arrived yet. I don't mind comics being later than normal (it was 2, sometimes 3, weeks with Sunbelt), I just wish there was more consistency so I'd know if comics have gone astray or not.

Would you guys recommend getting a Marvel subscription? I just can't afford all the titles I would like to be getting. I can deal with them being late, but are there any other problems I should know about?

Occasionally, there will be a missing issue or a screw up, but they always send the issue or add another on to your subscription. If they send the wrong issue by mistake, just contact them and you can keep the mistake and the regular one. These problems have been less frequent for me lately.

I'd recommend it for $3.99 titles to save money, especially if it is one you don't mind waiting a few weeks for an issue.

today i got... and they where released on

    NOV 21

    avengers 34
    USM 17

(already got 2 books from this week... still missing cap 1)

    nov 28

    new avengers 34

    (still missing 2)

    dec 5th

i freaking got iron man 3 today

    (still missing 2)

4 books from 3 different weeks... huh? where are the 3 other books from november? (SA, thor, ASM 698, cap 1)

the only order to that is... there is no pattern. some marvel NOW books fly in. some take longer. some wrap up books took forever to get. i can only hypothesize that they are not in a position where they have their full weekly sub load in there hands on a consistent basis. its like the books trickle into their shipping center. they are able to get the books out fine when they have enough to fill orders. but if they are short, they are in trouble

ive also noticed for the most part, the books that come slow are higher sellers. like asm 698 or some of the avengers issues. i wonder if mid town ran out of a book in the store front if they would dip in to the pile in the back so to speak

HOWEVER. i did get 2 $5 books for a $4 basically. when ASM 700 comes out that thing in like $7.. but through different plans im paying like 2 bucks... with a freaking digital code.... i mean its a tough deal to pass. but boy the roller coaster is making me sick

Today I received my first book in more than four weeks. Indestructible Hulk 1. So yay for that, I guess. Last book I got before that was Wolverine 315. I subscribe to 10 titles, so there are about 20 issues in between those that should have shown up by now. At this point, I'm 6 issues behind on Iron Man and haven't gotten Avengers or New Avengers since issue 30. And as always seems to be the case with Midtown's customer service since they took over subscriptions, I have not gotten any response to my email asking what's going on over a week ago.

Is anyone else having this much trouble with them? Between the price increases, the delayed delivery and the horrendous customer service, Marvel has pretty much taken away every incentive there was to subscribe to their books directly. Well done.

    [RANT]

Dealing with Midtown's subscription manager is like beating my head against a brick wall. I don't hear from him in over a month, and when I email him to ask him if he has any update on my delivery problems, he asks if I'm still having problems!!

And to top it all off, it seems like the replacement copies he promised to send last month were never sent and are now out of stock. Not that he told me that, I found that out from a customer service agent.

I honestly think he's acting like a moron in the hopes I'll give up and go away...

Wish there was some rhyme or reason to the delivery of the comics on subscription.

I got All New X-men #6 less than a week after release date. On the other hand I'm still waiting for Superior Spiderman #2 two and a half weeks after release date and after #3 has already come out on the stands.

So far I've yet to get one that is mutilated so its definitely an improvement over the last time I did subscriptions and it was guaranteed that half of your comics would look like they went through a grinder on the way to you.
Price your book at $3.99 and I'll trade wait. Make me wait too long for the trade PAPERback and I'll say screw it. I'm looking at you Marvel and Spider Island.

My deliveries are the same. Comics released on 16th January were delivered last week, but comics released on 2nd and 9th Jan haven't arrived yet. And I'm definitely having more damaged and missing issues as well. I'm not going to bother renewing, so I won't have to worry about this for much longer. Well, except for Uncanny Avengers. With that books delays, who knows when that sub will actually expire
