I really only agree on about three of those characters for films (Zatanna,Supergirl and Wonder Woman), while the rest in my opinion would be better suited for TV shows.
I'm not even going to get into the actress choices because I'm really only familiar with a handful of those. While some look the part I'm not sure on their acting credentials.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!
Zatanna, Vixen and Wonder Woman would all be good. The others... well, they are just male characters made female. Sometimes literally and other time figuratively.
I mean, the Question was originally a male character, and now is a female. But Batgirl, Batwoman, Supergirl, Hawkgirl... Male character that were given female counterparts. That is really the problem I have always had with many DC characters, they are all re-treads of other already popular characters.
This is a trap that Marvel avoided with all caution. Batman=Awesome. Batman Family=Attempt to cash in on an awesome concept and making it lame.
At least Superboy to start out was just the adventures of a young Superman. But when he became another character altogether... lame, yet again.

I agree with most of the character choices. Seem to be scrapping the bottom of the barrel for some of these castings though. A successful film on a female comic hero has to have a little star power behind it. It doesn't have to be exclusively A-list, but something better than "iCarly" stars. Other picks just seem.... strange (Amber Benson as Kate Spencer? Totally wrong.) Would have liked to have seen some suggestions for the roles of the Birds.

Wonder Woman is probably the only one who could actually make a profit unless the budget is very minimal. Otherwise your looking at Green Lantern part II in terms of floppiness.
Price your book at $3.99 and I'll trade wait. Make me wait too long for the trade PAPERback and I'll say screw it. I'm looking at you Marvel and Spider Island.
And picking Adrianne Palicki for Wonder Woman? Hollywood doesn't work that way. She has been associated with a failed attempt to launch a Wonder Woman property. I don't see anyone giving her a second chance, even though it wasn't her fault the show failed.
Katerina Graham as Vixen... well... I would almost pay money to see a movie of Katerina Graham just sitting and silently reading a book. A beautiful and engaging woman.

Better than Marvel's top ten girls who should get movies post.
Renee Montoya should really be in a TV series called GCPD. And NOT as Question. (I really never went for her as
Question. I thought it was a step down for both her, and the Question character.)
Think about it, she would star alongside Harvey Bullock, Crispus Allen, Maggie Sawyer, Commissioner Gordon...D.A. Harvey Dent.
We could have guest appearances by officer Dick Grayson and even visiting CSI officer Barry Allen from Central City...
And Batman, while present in cameos, would be a rumor to some. An urban legend.
We could see crimes by DC psychos like Amygdala, Zsaz, Ventriloquist, Humpty Dumpty, Murmur...
occasional high profile gigs against the Joker, the Riddler, Crime boss Penguin, Boss Maroni,
Castle, GRIMM and other police procedurals have played on this path of bizarre crimes.
And dear God please cast Dania Ramirez. She is PERFECT!
Manhunter would be an awesome TV series. The superhero lawyer angle in an alien space suit. (No need to mention Darkstars)
"Deserves" their own film? lol. Wonder Woman is the only one there who fits that criteria.
I mostly agree except for I would just do a show for cass and steph and a show for kara. Between Kara and power girl there is enough
material to mine for a show.
I think for renee, you still can use her gotham central stories just not set in gotham and you could reference Bat inc by having her be a member.
with vixen, you have a good sequel hook as you could bring in the "red" and I want to see a Bwanna Beast-Vixen romance. I'm not against Kat Graham as a actress but she looks a little young to be Vixen as Graham could still pass for a teenager. You also have the kingdom arc set up in batwing to mine.
I'd definitely watch a television series about Zatana. Truthfully, I'm really interested in seeing a TV show centered upon 'Raven' from Teen Titans. I thought that The CW and DC Comics were working on a live action show regarding The Raven but I guess that won't hit the airwaves until after 'Arrow' is complete. My sister has been hoping for a animated series on 'The Batgirl' but that seems unlikely anytime soon since 'Beware The Batman' is coming up next but she been hopeful since DC Nation has the SBFF shorts starring Batgirl, Supergirl and WonderGirl.
I'd like to see an animated TV show drawn in the same catchy art style as 'Justice League Unlimited' but with the high stakes and epic tone of Young Justice that would focus on Supergirl, Carrie Kelley, Harley Quinn and Stephanie Brown's female 'Robin' and I guess the title could be 'Maiders of Justice' or something like that.
As far as movies are concerned, I'd like to see both Supergirl and Harley Quinn get their own flagship movies just like Batman and Superman have had over the years. If Catwoman can get a lame movie then I'm sure Harley Quinn can get a pretty well crafted movie.
Movies I´d like to see:
Zatanna
Wonder Woman
Supergirl
Batgirl (Cassandra Cain)
"Deserves" is quickly becoming another word whose internet meaning diverges sharply from its traditional one. Those casting choices were almost uniformly awful.

Only Wonder Woman "deserves" her own movie, I can't see any of the other characters carrying a movie on there own. Maybe Zatanna in some kind of Cemetery Man kind of movie.
