Unfortunately not yet, but I've heard it's pretty good.
Amazon delivered this to me early and it is fan-freaking-tastic! Just thinking about it make me want to watch it again.
Anyone who doesn't like Miles Morales is a racist.
Amazing movie..I disagree with overall point there is a area between "don't kill period" and "Punish every evil doer with death" but i still enjoyed the movie very much,It is not perfect the style of animation is interesting but animation in Justice league doom would have been a better choice imo.I am borderline superman fan and i liked it so i am guessing that people who see Superman as what superhero is going to love it.
It should be noted to people who think superman should be most powerful hero always this movie proves why he should not be,Superman took tremendous amount of damage and loss a fight or two in believable way (even though at end it still fell into why didn't he do that first place with his powers) i think his will to win and cleverness should be played up more than 'Superman smash because he is the strongest"
Comixology's sale made me laugh.

I thought it was an amazing movie, one of the best DC animated movies ever. The ending where Superman is acting evil gives you goosebumps.

I am going to watch it online after i watched Batman/Superman Apocalypse
I can sort of agree, but at the same time I think he should be *one* of the strongest heroes out there. For instance just look at the post crisis pre new universe Justice League. First they have the Flash, who is broken to the point of absurdity. Flash could casually solo the entire Justice League with ease. I don't mean just the original 7 either, but probably most of the members on reserve, etc. as well. While I do agree he should be the fastest hero, it's taken about a billion steps further then necessary at times. They could probably take away 3/4 of his speed and he would still be faster then Superman.(1/4 of a billion times the speed of light is still a crapload of speed)
Then let us look at Green Lantern, whose ring is a whole hell of a lot more versatile then Superman. The ring can even destroy planets, which means it has a destructive output exceeding post crisis Supes by a large margin. He can't destroy a planet in one punch, or two punches, or even a dozen punches. Then we have Martian Manhunter, who is basically Superman, but with a more broken power set. It's true he has a more easily exploitable weakness, but even the effectiveness of that has waned a lot in the last few years.
My point is..if they want to reign in Superman's power level that is fine, but then you have to remember to do the same for the other heroes in the DC universe(to a certain extent) otherwise you're making Supes obsolete. That's part of the reason I can't help but laugh whenever someone mentions not liking Superman because he is too powerful..while at the same time having zero problems with certain other members of the league who are just as broken if not more so. Keep in mind I'm talking about people who are actually aware of the crazy power levels of the other JLA members, not necessarily someone who has never read many comics and thus has no idea how broken the JLA can be.(Though I'm not accusing you specifically of this)
Even with Batman, while his power level isn't anywhere near that of the other characters mentioned..he still does a whole lot of stuff no ordinary human could do, while at the same time some of the people who like Batman list the fact that he's just a "normal" person as one of the reasons they are fans.
Personally, I happen to like universes with crazy power levels..even if they are absurd. Simply because I know for a fact it's actually quite possible to have incredibly powerful characters and still write a good story. Actually, it would be a good indication as to how skilled a writer really is if they could write a good story with powerful characters.

Manchester Black...you don't *^%$ with Superman
I am Hawkboy...Master of the Skies!!!!!!
I would have picked up the blu-ray but this was all over the internet for over a week sadly and I got tempted to see it :(. This was really good. I liked how Superman used his powers in a wise way (like when he used his Super-scream to break free from atomic skull) and I really wish he can use his powers like that in the comics as well because honestly, Superman has every possible power for any kind of situation if used properly (don't know if that made any sense to any one).
One thing for sure...if you think making the Hulk angry is bad, try Superman I dare you..I double dare you (Samuel L. Jackson's voice)
Overall, I thought this was great. I haven't read the original comic its based on, but I'd like to check it out.
I really appreciated how mature the themes were for a movie like this. If only they could accomplish something of this level in a live-action movie, people would really appreciate Superman a lot more nowadays. I really loved the dynamics between Clark and Lois as well. It hit a real sweet spot and bounced them well off each other.
One weird thing. I realize the movie's been in development for awhile, but they still had the old DC logo at the beginning. You think they could have changed it by now.
I have the same problem with this movie I had with the original comic. The issue with Atomic Skull is more of a problem Batman has than Superman. The Joker always gets locked in Arkham Asylum, only to break out and go on another killing spree. Yeah I honestly believe the rational solution is to kill him, as I did with Atomic Skull. But that debate kind of becomes irrelevant because the side that is for killing villains isn't about any of the legitimate reasons to do so, but it's about how they're vain with delusions of grandeur.
But I did think it was a pretty cool movie. Loved the action scenes.
No long ago I had that same problem with Batman. But I realized Batman doesn't have to kill the Joker. He just need to lock him up for good. If the writers really had the guts (and creativity) they'd dipose of the Joker having him locked for ever. If Batman is smart enough to come up with all those plans of his then he should be smart enough to create a prison the Joker can not escape from. Problem solved without killing. But writers are too lazy to come up with new interesting villains so they keep recycling the old ones.
How is the animation? The previews make it look pretty horrible. I usually buy the DC animated movies the first day they're released but I wasn't sure about this one, even though the comic is one of my favorite Superman stories.
