I would prefer they go the present so that they can take over the focus of the title, rather then cede it over to the "newcomers".

But some more time travel adventures involving, the Brotherhood of the SHIELD, Dracula, Kang or the Agents of Atlas wouldn't be so bad for me either.

The Timebolts had a pulpy war adventure in World War II, a mystery in Victorian England and then a medieval romp in Camelot - so how about the Wild West? That wouldn't be ripping off Avengers Forever too much, would it? Some other things I'd be interested in seeing are the American Revolutionary War, the fall of the Roman Empire and perhaps your standard future-dystopia escapade. I would imagine it's difficult to think of time travel scenarios that aren't horrendously cliched, and I would probably fail in that department were I the Thunderbolts writer.

I'd say "Agents of Atlas" but Parker already did that in his very first story arc, during Dark Reign. Admittedly the characters and stakes would be different this time around, but it would still feel a little bit stale to do it again so soon. Remember how Bendis burned out readers on The Hood, who was initially a pretty cool villain? I'd want to avoid that and keep the Agents of Atlas away from the T-Bolts for a while longer.

But this would be 1960's era; and it's been a while since they've been here (if Hood was used as "frequently" I think many wouldn't be so against him).

Also, the Old Man Logan continuity isn't a possible future anymore, is it? It was a possible future during Dark Reign, but developments like the Red Skull's death make it impossible as a future for the 616. It's a parallel reality but not something that can be accessed through time travel alone.

What other "possible futures" could work? OH! Maybe the future where Gert is leading the Avengers? When Victorius attacks? I like the idea of their next leap being in the future.

The 1860's during the American Civil War / War Between the States / War of Rebellion?

Like it! If the Timebolts are responsible for ending slavery!!! How cool would that be? This is quite dark, but I wondered what if the Timebolts were the ones to kill JFK? The arc could be called "Moonstone's Bullet Theory"?

It'd also be cool to see some Cold War adventures for the Timebolts, perhaps in the vein of James Bond. Imagine the U.S. government panicking that they don't have any superteams in the superhuman arms race, and contacting the Timebolts to serve as an anti-Soviet strike team.

Further back. I want to see Roman Empire Thunderbolts, or the Thunderbolts at the fall of Troy. Hercules can guest star!

I ADORE these two ideas! If they did Roman times that could involve Selene (during Necrosha, she was shown to be instigating her "god spell"; maybe she tries again?)

Or further, further back to fight/join Attila the Hun.

It's not so much "where" they will head, as "where would it be fun in time for them to head". If that makes sense?
