Disney XD has renewed "Ultimate Spider-Man" for a second season, teasing appearances by more Marvel heroes and villains (including Wolverine) and an exploration of the origins of Nova, Iron Fist, Power Man and White Tiger.

This show is terrible. Tries too hard to be witty and comedic, but fails.

If they're serious about delving into the origins of Spider-Man's Ultimate Friends and pitting them all against more dangerous villains, particularly classics from Spider-Man's rogues gallery, then this could be a sign of serious improvement to come. At the very least, it would be good for even a glimmer of character development/exploration, which is really the whole point of any good Spider-Man series.

This show sucks. What's worse than having it around is that hey're canceling their best sow to mak a new one to fit in with the crappy continuity of it.
Nightcrawler, Jean Grey, Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker, Professor X, Mar-Vell, Richard Rider- Bring Them Back!!!
