Sheamus is from the republic of Ireland (wich isnt part of the UK) not Northan Ireland.

That being said I actualy got mixed up it was Lesnar who Akebono no sold a few hits from not Bernard (Lesnar still won in the end though).

Team Uk probably wins this one via attrition. Muta, and Inoki are going to hold there own but the rest of the team I'm not so sure. There giving up size to team UK, and the others like Tatsu, and Funaki...I can't see beating the likes of Dynamite Kid, and The Bull Dog. I also see Sheamus doing a lot of damage is this match as well.

Thing about British Bulldog is that he was held back by Brett Hart existing and a few other things like not having as much charisma, etc.
Feat-wise Bulldog was a monster. Extremely strong, an incredibly good wrestler, even to the point of out-wrestling Owen and was fast enough to keep up with most fast wrestlers.
He was quite durable and capable of pushing nearly any top-tier wrestler to their limits including Brett Hart.

Now, I am in no way saying he stomps on the other team. I think Muta and Inoki but he is not getting steam-rolled at all. In fact I think he is overall stronger.
The big thing is that over time, the UK Team should have little problem surviving by bleeding them out. And I do not see anyone there beating Sheamus at all.
The Avengers: It is less of a movie and more of a Religious Experience.
It will change the way you view... well, everything.

Bulldog won't stomp them, but he's going to savage a good part of the Japanese team who aren't named Inoki/Mura. And Dynamite is going going to easily handle the smaller, and quicker members of the team as well. With Sheamus, I can see Muta taking him down with a mist shot, or doing a wicked counted if he catches Sheamus a by surprise.
