I agree. There really was never much development for the relationship. There is far more required in a dedicated and longer term relationship than passionate love and great sex. And I didn't get the feeling Ororo was getting either from T'Challa in the first place, either. A marriage is also a partnership that requires trust between both partners, which doesn't enslave both partners to each other every second of the day. Relationship experts have noted that partner that trust and respect each other enough to allow each other to have independent social circles apart from their significant other as well as allowing their partner to engage in recreational activities that don't involve the other partner. Yeah, if your partner comes in with lipstick on their shirt, or a condom dragging from their hair you are totally justified in getting some answers, but otherwise, respect, trust, passionate sex, and being forgiving and understanding during the hard times are the signs of a good marriage between significant others.

Ororo and T'Challa's marriage had none of those, it was a Public Relations (PR) stunt and a probably backed by political reasons and T'Challa wanting aid or "more focus on matters in Africa" from Mutantes Sans Frontieres (MSF) from the X-Men. In other words, he's a mooch despite being a rich prince/high priest, or he is excessively greedy.
