Like others, I stayed away during the Culling, but this looks alright! Agreed on the art...MUCH improved.

WTF are you talking about? It's already been mentioned that Cassie has a boyfriend in an interview. If there is any romance between Cass/Kon it will be only fleeting.

...I said develop a relationship. I never said they'd become boyfriend and girlfriend again. But the books have mentioned nothing about Cassie having a boyfriend to my knowledge. Forgive me if I didn't read the particular interview in which this was stated.

    Damn, shippers be crazy.

I love Silva's art, but this is great too.
    I love the issue's title.
"Till shade is gone, till water is gone, into the Shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath, to spit in Sightblinder's eye on the Last Day."

So, after 9 issues and a crossover... this finally looks above average. The art is fantastic. The dialogue is wordy.
I would like to say for the record that this is the FIRST TIME I've withheld dong when someone was so desperately asking for some.

It's hard to believe this book really impressed me when it started.

I still dont know why DC would think it was smarter to take scott off of a SUPER book just to put him on another one, when he could have synced the books up well, having one voice instead of many is smart to for characters.i see why scott would want to keep red hood, because its the big seller, besides titans, but really that should have been the book to go imo.

This book already feels better as soon as SB got fresh air away from NOWHERE,i hate that my favorite character has been bogged down so much from that storyline, when he is so much more than that.hopefully he will.stay free,no NOWHERE,and keep trying to leave a life close to normal.

I still want to know how he is gonna pay for that loft he is getting?

They havent, everybody just heard the rumor, saw that defalco is writing a issue, and just assumed,BUT its probably true, who wouldnt want to write the greatest hero of all time.

So do all you ppl not like silva's art form for superboy,or just like this art? I mean silva is gonna be back,so im wondering if ppl will be ok with the book the next issue when he is back?

The art is definitely an improvement and I like how the issue started with the two of them lying next to one another. I look forward to this issue and I hope its well written.

Oh, that's just Tim Drakes chick magnet status coming into play again. That guy has hilariously sweet yet awkward tension with just about any female in his age group...and beyond.

And it looks like Scott's back to writing this himself, and the issue will focus mostly on just these two characters. That's good. The smaller the cast, the better Lobdell writes.

Didn't realize Lobdell is writing this alone. Looks like I'll pick this up.
