I had hoped it would be a one time thing.

Miles needs to develop in to his own character rather than live in the shadow of Peter.
And it also won't help keep Miles story streamlined for new readers.

Neither would I, provided Spider-Men wraps itself up well. I can't see it being an ON-GOING annual thing, though, since the story and concept would inevitably get stale after a while.\

But it's a nice concept and something to ponder.
