    I'm kinda meh on this.

Also, what's with Iron Man's back?

It looks awesome, but it sounds a bit too much like Ultimate Alliance 2 at the moment. The promise of motion controls definitely offers some appeal, but if it's just a gimmicky addition to the Ultimate Alliance style gameplay then I'll pass. I didn't care much for the Secret Invasion storyline anyways. I feel there are better stories Marvel could choose.

I'm so bummed about it being a Kinect/Wii U game.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!

    Same here.

Anyway they've got a cover of the game on their official site... http://shop.ubi.com/store/ubiemea/en...ctID.251911100. It appears Dr. Strange will be one of the 20 playable characters.

EDIT: a better shot of the box art from Marvel.com... http://marvel.com/images/gallery/sto...h/image/921111

Aw what it's for Kinect? Hopefully the Wii U version wont be the same as the Kinect version, because otherwise I'm not hoping for much from this game.

I at least like the art style though. Lots of color. Reflects Marvel comics well.

My expectations are very low. Especially since it's a Wii/Kinect exclusive.

Also, is it bothering anybody else that all the Marvel Universe games are now being released with the Avengers title? All the casuals are going to think that Spider-Man, Storm, Wolverine etc. are Avengers...

At least they're all wearing their proper comic book attire - no gimmicky leather jumpsuit on Hawkeye. Tony appears to be using the Bleeding Edge.

Unless I missed something, Spider-Man, Storm, and Wolverine are all currently Avengers. Spidey and Wolverine have been Avengers for like eight years.

New hands-on preview from Comics Alliance... http://www.comicsalliance.com/2012/0...ds-on-preview/

So the game is basically a motion controlled fighter. I was hoping for a brawler like Ultimate Alliance or even something like Smash Bros. My interest for this game has gone downhill further. Totally disappointed yet I wasn't expecting much anyway.

Not Storm, she quit when Avengers vs X-Men started, and was only an Avenger for about four issues. Wolverine and Spider-Man were thrown into New Avengers because they sell, and were only in the main Avengers title for about two story arcs. New Avenger =/= Avenger.

What about: Wasp, Scarlet Witch, Hank Pym, Vision, Wonder Man, Ms. Marvel, Black Panther, She-Hulk or Falcon? I'm sick of real Avengers getting excluded in favour of Marvel's cash cows. It wouldn't bother me so much if this were called "Marvel Heroes: Battle for Earth" or something like that, but to brand it as an Avengers game without including most of the characters that make the Avengers great really rubs me the wrong way as a fan. People would be annoyed if Marvel released an X-Men game with more random Marvel heroes than X-Men in it. Why doesn't anyone care when the same thing happens to the Avengers?

Ah well, this game looks like shit anyway.

The Avengers are Marvel's Justice League, the X-Men aren't.

Anyway's it's just some really crappy looking fighting game with Avengers slapped on.

yeah it didn't look like an isometric RPG to me more like a brawling game. hopefully the next MUA will be out on PC unlike MUA2 so that the PC community could add in boosters and wicked modded characters
