Default Not sure on Wanda, Doom, Crusade, Timeline?

Some time before Avengers Disassembled, Wanda went to Doom to ask for more power to bring back her kids, Wiccan and Speed.

Then AD, Wanda Dissassembled Avengers. Then Hawkeye reappeared before Avengers Finale.

Then HoM, Wanda disassembled mutants and herself, ending up in Wandagore.

Before Civil War, Hawkeye visited Dr Strange and then Clint visited Wanda in Wandagore, and left.

During the whole Initiative, SI, DR, Doom and Wanda kept up contact and got engaged? Not sure.

Then we see Doom dissect Gods, Doom attack Wakanda, and finally, Doom lose his memory in World War Hulks. Wanda certainly would have nothing to do with Doom during this cycle.

So Doom is now stupid during the Heroic Age.

Now comes Fear Itself and Reed Richards gives Doom back his mojo.

Maybe here, during FI, Doom and Wanda get engaged?

After FI, Wiccan decides to visit Wanda and finds she's an amnesiac and engaged to Doom? Doom and Wanda try to power Wanda up again, and Doom takes all the power, and dumps Wanda.

Somewhere in all this, the FF ask Doom to hold off the Celestials and Doom is sent to the Council of Reeds to collect the Infinity Gauntlet. Doom is now permanently out of the picture.

Wanda gets her memory back, tried to help the mutants, tries to join the Avengers, and ends up in the West Coast compound alone.

I don't know that Childrens Crusade happens after FI. All we know is Wiccan recalls incidents happening after FI. Maybe Childrens Crusade happened before Doom started operating on Gods? Just after Doom is released from jail by Osborn in Dark Reign, and before the Gods are invited to live in Latveria? It would explain Dooms self destruction up to WWH's.

I don't think Wanda would phrase it that way, but essentially "yes."

Then AD, Wanda Dissassembled Avengers. Then Hawkeye reappeared before Avengers Finale.

Did Hawkeye reappear before Avengers Finale? I thought he reappeared in the HofM world then died again, then reappeared just before Civil War. But my memory is bad.

Then HoM, Wanda disassembled mutants and herself, ending up in Wandagore.

    Correct.

Before Civil War, Hawkeye visited Dr Strange and then Clint visited Wanda in Wandagore, and left.

Again, I can't remember the exact timing but I believe this is correct too. And I also believe that the Wanda that was found by the Beast and Clint was the real Wanda and not the Doombot. Certainly the one found by Clint appeared to have reality altering powers.

During the whole Initiative, SI, DR, Doom and Wanda kept up contact and got engaged? Not sure.

I don't think that we have any way of knowing when they got engaged.

Then we see Doom dissect Gods, Doom attack Wakanda, and finally, Doom lose his memory in World War Hulks. Wanda certainly would have nothing to do with Doom during this cycle.

That seems likely. Plus several of the Asgardians (and Namor) would have known Wanda on sight. We have no way of knowing for sure, but I think it is safe to assume she became a presence at the castle after that.

So Doom is now stupid during the Heroic Age.

I guess that is right, I don't remember. That would imply Wanda going to Castle Doom to seek help after that.

Now comes Fear Itself and Reed Richards gives Doom back his mojo.

O.k. I haven't read all the FI tie ins, but I will take your word for it.

Maybe here, during FI, Doom and Wanda get engaged?

Since we haven't identified a likely point earlier, this seems plausible but can't be confirmed.

After FI, Wiccan decides to visit Wanda and finds she's an amnesiac and engaged to Doom? Doom and Wanda try to power Wanda up again, and Doom takes all the power, and dumps Wanda.

If the timeline is correct so far, then yes.

Somewhere in all this, the FF ask Doom to hold off the Celestials and Doom is sent to the Council of Reeds to collect the Infinity Gauntlet. Doom is now permanently out of the picture.

Could this have happened after? Not having read all of FI it is hard for me to keep the timeline straight, but it seems clear to me that Doom only just went "out of the picture (which will be short lived I am sure) and it could be after CC.

Wanda gets her memory back, tried to help the mutants, tries to join the Avengers, and ends up in the West Coast compound alone.

I don't think CC could be during Dark Reign because Cap is alive and leading the Avengers, who are at the Mansion.

There is that little period during the Reborn and Siege events, where this could have happened?

It doesn't matter when it occured. You could say the story occurred between the time Reed and Kristoff helped restored Doom's intelligence and the time they had the summit with the villains on how to kill the alternate Reeds.

Because really that is the only time line Doom was free because of what happens after the summit.

It is suppose to happen now as it is basically a lead in to AvX. It wasn't suppose to, but it was so slow that it did. It was suppose to happen during the Heroic Age. I know Marvel said Cap was suppose to be in his Super Solider uniform and not as CA.

Okay, re-reading HA UXM #1 prologue showed that Magneto found the photo's of his grand children in Utopia's wreckage, so Childrens Crusade happened after that and was probably supposed to happen during the HA. But I am still confused at to when Doom remembered Wanda again and went to her and got engaged. That could have been after Reed and Krisfoff helped restore Doom, but I'm also wondering that maybe Doom had Wanda percolating over a longer period of time, because Wanda says Victor had helped her so much. Was Wanda in Latveria the whole time Doom was free (in Dark Reign) and after his dalliance with Le Fey? Could Wanda have remained in Wandagore and still befriended Doom, while Doom dissected Asgardians and invaded Wakanda in Latveria? Or did Doom recover his memory of Wanda in Fear Itself, courted her and made her his bride, while the FF were too worried about Ben and his rampages? That seemed a little brisk, even for Doom to swing.

I think Doom was stupid the whole time of the Heroic Age, after the Leader took away all his intelligence in WWH's, so I know Doom was only available for CC after the Heroic Age. But could Doom and Wanda have continued a relationship throughout Dark Reign and Wanda be unaware of Asgard in Latveria, Doom War, and WWH's? And Wanda not be asked to marry Doom until Doom regained his memory?

It's almost hopeless these days to plot out how comics line up with each other. But IIRC from a Q & A thread Tom Brevoort had here a couple of years back , Fall of the Hulks took place before Siege and Siege was before Doomwar. It could be that Doom's brain damage was something that was worsening up until Valeria takes note of his symptoms. Doom is certainly aware of it since he tells Boris they must bring Kristoff back from exile. But Wanda had been in seclusion nearby for quite a while and Heinberg implies she was already replaced by Doom's replica robot when Hawkeye encountered her back in New Avengers #26. I figure any time Doom was away on "business", Boris was probably watching over her in his residence in Doomstadt.

For some reason that escapes me now, I lumped FOTH and WWH's into the same time period just after Siege. I couldn't have a stupid Doom available for Doom War after Siege, if WWH's created a stupid Doom, before Siege. I had to have Siege, Doom War, FOTH, then WWH's, with the stupid Doom. That would mean, if Wanda, as you say, was always in Castle Doom, she would have seen the stupid Doom come home one day. Maybe Doom was moody on those days towards Wanda, and not until Reed and Kristoff returned Dooms mind, did Doom seem his normal self again.

Mind you, after Childrens Crusade, Doom was severely embittered, because he was again shown up to be his egotistical self, and slinked away in a huff, ready to take on the Celestials.

Did Doom ever have a foursome with Wanda, Morgan, and Layla? That's all I care about.

Say what like, but the flowing green cape gets the ladies in. I think they like touching the armor because it reminds them of prince charming. (Note to self: Must get armor on ebay).

She's been an adult for a while now that she's in the MU proper and not the make believe HoM world. She and Madrox did the deed in a morgue recently.

If going by CC itself it happen before Fear Itself because Spider Island happened before Fear Itself.

Try to follow me because it is crazy trying to place CC, it is clear that it happened after Siege because Cap is back.

The problem I have with the placement is this before or after Wonder Mans war with the Avengers.

I hope this help a little, pleas correct any wrong information in this post.

So was everybody, once. Layla, after becoming an adult, spent a whole year with Doom as his consort or something.

    Edit: Um... well... every female.

Honestly, I think that Children's Crusade simply can't fit neatly into a perfect timeline because the story took a lot longer to produce than the average 9 issues of another book. Heinberg's not know for speed and nor is Cheung. Plus, the series was bimonthly. So the result is a story that's in continuity but doesn't necessarily reflect an exact point in time. It takes place during the Heroic Age and before Avengers vs. X-Men. I think that's the only thing you need to know.
