What minority characters could they add? I suppose Sunfire...or possibly Sunpyre since they need a female or two on the X-men side. Bishop would be a possibility but I think his energy absorption power might be too similar to Shaw from the first film. They could add Synch I suppose. He might work. But I'd probably just combine him and Mimic and call him Mimic (it's a better codename than Synch IMO). A female Japanese Sunfire and a black Mimic could be good adds.

I forgot about Sunpyre. The could also add Psylocke, since she wasn't explicitly named in X3 anyway and either make her Asian or do the body swap.

Exile Sunfire: asian, woman and lesbian! Although with The Wolverine is set in Japan they'd have to change her name.
