This will be avengers mostly but like most really massive events that involve the world & apparently ''change things forever'' they tend to have multiple teams/heros involved

Even if x-men defeating Ultron makes sense (they defeated Nimrod, Bastion, Danger, and etc.), it won't happen. This is a leftover Avengers' event (like all Marvel events last decade actually). X-men will probably have a tie-in, but nothing else.
