I think it'll be kind of a cool idea, I'd like to pitch to DC.
The roster could include:
- Supergirl
- Batgirl (Cassandra Cain)
- Wonder Girl
- Jade (Jennifer-Lynn Hayden)
- Jesse Quick
- Aquagirl
- Ms. Martian

Shouldn't it not be Young Justice if it's all girls? I mean Young Justice should have a balanced cast, not a 100% of anything.
Raven
Jessie Quick
Blonde Batgirl
Argent
Cyclone

I like your roster, Jordanstine. If I could make one minor change, I would add either Artemis or Arrowette.
Archers are all the rage now.
I take it this would be for a TV show as opposed to a New 52 main-line comic book.
Because a bunch of those people are no longer a part of the DCnU at present.
* Barbara Gordon is Batgirl; Cassandra, who I don't think has been seen or mentioned in the DCnU yet, may-or-may-not be Black Bat.
* Which "Wonder Girl" are you talking about: Cassie Sandmark of Teen Titans, or the Donna Troy who has shown no sign of existing yet?
* No sign of Jade, and since her daddy is now de-aged on Earth 2 and possibly gay, . . .
* Jessie Quick would also be questionable. Which Earth would she likely be on since her parents were WWII heroes originally on Earth 2? (Besides, since Jesse had been married, are you majorly de-aging her now?)
* Which Aquagirl? Haven't there been a couple of those?
I honestly would rather they build a book that has good characters that work well off each other rather than them shoe horn a bunch of women together. I mean I loved Sirens but not because they were women but because I thought the characters had a strong dynamic that made for a great story. So basically sure if the story made sense and wasn't just some cash in sure but honestly just tossing a bunch of women together for the sake of them being women working on a team together seems lame to me.

My cast of characters would be
Doctor Light (Kimiyo Hoshi)
Vixen
BlackBat
Voodoo
Mera
Technique (Milestone character)
Blitzen (Milestone character)
Dorothy: How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking.
Gotta love those Wizard of Oz quotes
As posted in the other thread and my sig for a while..
Black Bat, Spoiler, Speedy, Bombshell, Miss Martian, Rocket, Aquagirl(Lorena), Pantha
Ame-Comi, Aquaman, Batman, Batwoman, Blue Beetle, I, Vampire, JL, JLD, JLI, Nightwing, Red Hood, Superboy, Supergirl, Teen Titans, Scarlet Spider, Ultimate Spider-Man, X-Factor, X-Men:Legacy.
Merge, maybe?
In any case, I've had any number of ideas for all female YJ teams. Just most of them get quickly contradicted by current canon.
1: Spoiler
Ravager (old version. 2nd member and already improbable)
Supergirl
Miss Martian
Terra (Atlee. Wherefore art thou benched or retconned or E2ed or all of the sad above?)
Speedy
2: Earth 2 version: Infinity INC (E2 has to have a YJesque spin off sooner or later. JSA always ends up with too many legacies for one book)
Stargirl
Cyclone
Atlee (has to at least be on this earth, surely?)
Jade (wouldn't Alan Scott having once fathered children to a supervillain be adequate explanation for being gay?)
Arrowette maybe, if she is E2
Well, since the thread was titledcan you tell me how you're defining "Young"?Idea for an All-Female Young Justice book...
Your idea sounds a little more like "Super-Powered Birds of Prey International".
Your Earth 2 idea would be assuming the characters that will make up the JSA are at least 40ish and have been operating as heroes for at least several years in order to have any "legacy". I'm not reading Earth 2, but aside from Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman there, has there been any sign of that happening yet?
