I'm not seeing it. The belt? You can't really be comparing uniform colouring, or the fact that she has a headpiece that, if I'm being generous, has superficial similarity, surely?
But, some people can look at clouds and see dragons, dolphins and more. Other people just see clouds.

The dark skin and white hair/feathers are a start. The black uniform with headpiece and red and white accents are a finish.
People were associating her with Storm when Marvel started releasing images of her without any additional information.
Speaking of clouds, you should probably get your head out of them.

In a visual medium, visuals aren't superficial. She has Storm's color palette right down to the white piping and circular red centerpiece, as well as a very similar silhouette. Amazingly, Storm's skin tone also fluctuates between artists.
It's a great palette and silhouette. It certainly adds to Warbird's exoticism and pulchritude.
Sheesh, first topic in the longest time to feature Warbird and she's being insulted for having a similar appearance to Storm (again)? Why is there so little love for our latest addition to the X-Men family?

Holding out for a Peter/Miles team up.
pulchritudinous: what an atrocious word, I can accept the existence of obscure and hard to pronounce words if they can be used to substitute an entire sentence or phrase but this mess is for one simple word.
Rachel easy. She's a taller, buffer Jean Grey with bigger tits, higher heels and tatts. She along with Psylocke and Storm are canonically the most sexually appealing X-Womyns.
