    Default Question about deleted threads

To all mods and admins I was wondering if deleted threads can be accessed after its been deleted?

And is this the same with other internet forums on the Internet besides CBR?

the mods can see deleted threads.. any forum system

when you are a mod you get a control panel and extra buttons that gives you extra "access and control"

    clearly a perk

they also can move them... something you will get to see first hand in about 10 minutes

How are we supposed to know moderator abilities on other forums all over the entire internet?

And how is this even slightly related to comic books? Moved to Community in 3... 2... 1...

Not accessed by posters, no. Mods can still see them , tho'.

Can't really say how other sites operate. They may soft delete them (as described above) like we do, or physically delete them (erase them from existence).

i suppose it depends on the forum software.. but everywhere ive had mod abilities you can see soft deletes.. there are hard deletes... where a mod can go in and completely remove a thread after the initial delete that removed it from public view, but thats not normally done in my experiences.. unless a mod is trying to cover something up from other mods

what CBR's mod specific policy, obviously im unaware of that

but yeah.. comic books rock.. check out the black panther, he is super cool

Sometimes, they might not be deleted but just merged into another thread and then you have to go to the very last page of that thread.
For example, ever since the Avengers movies, there have been numerous request about how to get back into Marvel comics again so they all get merged into the sticky for the Recommendations. It can confuse new posters who are looking for their thread sometime later. You would have to look up all your previous posts in your profile page.
"...Doom's enemies have not the mettle to challenge him host to host, tooth to nail... As economic and military options fail them, they resort to simple rudeness."
