Everyone knows that if you shoot someone in the back of the head, their head will fall forward. I played cops and robbers with my little cousins (around 6-7) and even they know which direction to fall when they get shot. If Sabra is dead (I don't think she is), it wasn't from a headshot.

Yeah, I remember someone's head moving in the Zapruder video. And the movie JFK having the line, "Back, and to the left" like a dozen times or more. It might not be as dramatic as in the movies, when Dirty Harry shoots people and they get launched backwards... but there is some ballistics that indicate it's possible for some kick.

That was spasmic reaction,watch it again and you see him falling limp to the side, just like the video of americans being shot by that sniper,some fall limp but spasm afterwards,as for high caliber bullets,its the explosive in the rounds that causes them to move,not the bullet,a normal high caliber round is just gonna leave a huge hole on you.

I bought the book with the expectations people were going to die, considering some of the dialogue within spidey, and the marketing at the end of spidey's last issue telling readers to learn the fate of these characters.

I guess the one advantage i have with digital that I think some people arent getting is, you do see Sabra face down in a pool of blood around her head, you do see the blood spatter coming from her head in the scene she gets shot.

You do see blood and Lady Deathstrike's claws going through Kangaroo and the blood trail.

I get the characters can just comeback like nothing happened in comics, but the intent of the scenes was to make the reader believe that these people died...

...and the only reason they died is to set up a cheap third grade creative writing cliche of killing off killing off killing off or losing, losing and losing again to set up the miraculous singular success at the end in some sort of lame attempt to elicit triumph after the everyone else clearly fails.

I'm sure Sabra's still alive. She's extremely durable and has a healing factor. Odds are good she wasn't killed.

Kangaroo looks pretty screwed, though. He was always a stupid character, so his chances probably aren't great.
