    Jay: Flash #134 (I think) by Mark Millar. Waid did good stuff with him too during The Flash, ditto Johns with the JSA.
    Barry: JLA: Year One and the Brave and the Bold mini that spun out of it
    Wally: Mark Waid's take. Nothing else comes close.
    Bart: Only as Impulse. All else ain't Bart Allen. So yeah, Waid and Peter David, especially.

    I have to mention that I did'nt like Waid's portrayal of Impulse (Even though he created him), it always seemed like Waid was trying too hard to make Bart cool, funny and well, impulsive, it ended being pretty annoying. Peter David on the other hand, actually made Bart funny without exaggerating all of those characteristics.

    With time and after reading his Legion reboot, I learned that Waid was'nt really good at writing teenagers.
    Comic Books are fun, Comic Book fans not so much.
