how many government agencies are there in the DCU?

there seems to be a large number of govt agencies that deal with meta human and supernatural occurrences. i know Checkmate is kinda the biggest one but i was trying to get a list of all of them. A lot of them have come and gone. which ones are still active?

I doubt that a government would be affiliated with Harvest and his Hunger Games group. Then again Cadmus, now the science branch of Checkmate, has been infiltrated by Apokolips minions.

some of the agencies you listed do not belong to the US government though, like Shade, which is UN I believe
