I've read the first two volumes and didn't care much for them, especially disliked her character. I don't think the series should be 616 canon either as a lot of out of character stuff happens like the Cap storyline. Seeing as the book has been done for a while and nothing similar is out I'm pretty sure that it is correct to think all Marvel is dudes running around in spandex. Marvel knows what sells and "mature" and "gritty" doesn't. If I want non superhero comics there are plenty of companies and titles to enjoy.

The biggest Critisisim marvel has is that it lacks variety.
Marvel should be putting out more books like Alias, because it is more then guys in spandex

..might as well leave it alone for now.. as foul mouthed as Jones is, that wouldn't work on ABC.. better to incorporate her into a future Marvel movie dealing with street level heroes..
and Power Man gets to have his own film and/or featured role in a group movie..
