Agreed. That said, modern Peter is verging on prep-god-ness. His new armor is sealed and strong enough to hurt even Omega. He probably stomps thanks to that, precog and huge speed edge.

It's a scenario, I don't see why Spidey after one skirmish can't go get his Armor and then fight again.
