Is it true that there's going to be no more episodes after episode 79-ish of season 6 "Xros wars" and that the franchise is totally finished and defunct now?.Will they at least be able to give "Xros wars" an english language dub and release?

They are finally releasing Season 1 on dvd soon. Its on the Amazon website :)

Well, given that they're still releasing videogames, it's fair to say that as long as the money keeps flowing in, Digimon will never truly die.

Is there something special about Xros Wars that provoked this?
I usually pick up a Digimon season after it's completely done with, so I have no idea what it's about.
