I'd imagine once they learned what he could do, considerable amounts of brainwashing took place to turn him into that warped mirror-image of himself.

That would show a complete and lack of understanding history in and of itself then. England could not defeat Germany at all when things started with Poland. The prime minister devoted his entire time left towards building the infrastructure to actually fight Germany for the war he knew was going to come and then when Churchhill came in everything was prepped to actually stand a chance of winning the fight. If Kitty didn't only know the Hollywood version of WW2 she would have managed to ensure Nazi victory with the first 2 dates alone. Its a miracle she didn't spill the information about D-day right there to completely ruin the Allie's sneak attack.

What would inspire her to say this? What soured her on England? Could it have been lighthouse-living? Close quarters with Captain Britain, or was there something else about the country that turned Kitty off?

Maybe she was just using the context of raw power?

why would it be since the english seem to include the welsh in their English Premier League really now why be hatin' on Kitty who seems to get not only years but months and dates right for the war. Would the average brit or american be able to do the same? I doubt it.

I never read this, though. I think Kitty is being a bit harsh on Britain and I dont tend to blame all Germans ever for the holocaust. I mean we had slavery here in the U.S and some of our more colorful politicuians would probably love to go back to that. Even when those came back from WW11 they still had time to lynch some black people and attack them. Some of those blacks helped in the War too. Does that mean all Americans hate blacks and want them enslaved? And as far as Britain goverment being a joke... America has had quite a few blunders themselves to put it mildly.

All this said, part of Kitty's passionate outbursts is part of her charm, she's young and angry at the nastiness she sees around her and she doesn't always come off the best in verbalizing it.

Kitten is American. She knows if it wasn't for the US, the UK wouldn't exist.
