OMG this is awesome. It's like they're TRYING to sell out Watchmen now! I can't wait for the Rorschach cracker jack prizes!
Holy crap! And I do mean crap! This is the most absurd thing I've ever seen. I hope it's a joke.
I wonder if we'll get "Before Watchmen" bread, to put in it. . .![]()

This is most excellent. The sooner we have more and more licensed Watchmen do-dads, the sooner people will stop putting it up on a pedestal as if it were a holy tome and not a comic book. The level of outrage tied to anything Watchmen is proof that we, as a society, are psychotic.

That is, without question, the stupidest thing I've heard today.
'Course, it is early...

It's the movie license this is based off of -- look at the close-up of the image of the toaster. This is not a new "screw you, Alan Moore" move; it's just a continuation of the old license. (Whether that constitutes a "screw you, Alan Moore" move is up to you.)

I saw this on another site earlier and dismissed it as a gag...I didn't know it was for real.

Always remember this stuff isn't real.
When can I get a copy of Watchmen Babies?
Well the movie stuff pretty much works as the perfect work around to sell licensed Watchmen product rather than being based on the comics designs and material.
I mean, yes it's essentially the same thing but since they're basing it off of the movie aesthetic it's something of a "free pass" since prior to the movie we didn't really see much in the way of Watchmen merchandising and even the planned figures for the comics versions got canned (I think due to Alan not wanting them out or something).
Someone put Alan Moore on suicide watch.
Someone buy one and mail it to Moore.
That would be the only way I would ever agree to bring breakfast in bed to Alan Moore.
