Hm? I haven't seen any indication that they're reverting to previous numbering. They might be restarting this one title at #1 and/or changing its name, or replacing it with a new title. But that just suggests a new creative direction on one title--not a return to the the old numbering or universe. Am I missing something?

It is sort of a bland series. I 've always loved the art - especially the covers. But I don't think that it's one - just revamped with new characters and direction. Booster Gold must have a place in the DC Universe! and hopefully tweaking this book a little will make him more fun.

Yep. And that's been my whole problem with the series - that it could never turn a corner really.

Dunno why they didn't use Winick. He's not doing much with the Catwoman series atm. His talents would have been put to better use for the characters he developed for Generation Lost. I mean hell Red Rocket didn't last very long. I guess they just wanted to kill off a member to make the book look serious and figured he'd be the least missed.

JLI was sadly mediocre when it could have been so much more. It had some moments I liked, and I was glad OMAC had found a new home, but overall I had hoped for better. That said, I'm going to miss this, and I'm surprised it is getting cancelled as its numbers were better than other series.

Here's hoping whatever is replacing it is better quality but still holds onto some of the same characters.

They should stayed with the concepts, creative team, and members from Generation Lost. Maybe now they will.

IMO, a surprise given sales but this book was the definition of mediocre. Roster wise the first team and the second team are fine except Godiva who is useless. Still this suggests a retooling of the Justice League line. I expect two new books. A Justice League Elite using characters in the FCBD Teaser and another Justice League Book especially in light of Martian Manhunter quitting stormwatch apparently.

I'm surprised this one getting canceled not 6 or 7 books from 52 out there selling worse then it. I stopped reading it after they destroyed the real team and decided to put in the ringers.

A new JL book featuring the opposing forces seen fighting the JL in the FCBD issue (Hawkman, Atom, etc.).
This just in: Chris Sprouse has pulled out of Orson Scott Card.

i Bet all the titles come back with a new #1 (which wont solve your problem DC just looks at the Ultimate universe) so its 12 issues then a reboot. i bet that's the formula they cooked up.

Hmm Martian Manhunter is quitting Stormwatch. And he had "problems" with the regular Justice League. So J'onn recruits his own team perhaps?

I would like to see a J'onn with some heart. This guy calling himself Martian Manhunter is a jerk who doesn't like anybody. Maybe we could see him form some genuine bonds of friendship with Booster, et al.

Also, I really want to see a book with this group of heroes (Booster, Fire, Ice, Beetle, J'onn, and some newbies). But it has to have at least a LITTLE levity. make us want to root for these guys, too!
