Yes
No
We all know that neither Silver Sable or The Black Widow have superpowers.
And the super soldier serum doesn't count as being super powered. Or does it?
As for Spider dating a super powered heroine, we may see it outside of Amazing Spider-Man. The only example we saw was Spidey and Ms. Marvel working together in the pages of her series but never in Amazing Spider-Man. I'm cool with that.
Solo Hero.
He's a solo hero. No partners. Period.

The comparison to Natasha and Felicia is horrible. Felicia is really bad for Peter. That was the entire point. Trying to shoehorn someone else into fulfilling the role Black Cat for Spider-Man will go down in failure. Not just because of the whole "status quo is God" trope but because the reason Felicia works is because she's bad for Peter. It's not in Natasha's character to fulfill that void.
The monster saved them all. And in their fear, they betrayed him. As they always have. As they always will.

And Batman is a solo hero. Yet he has a lot of crime fighting partners.
Felicia and Natasha aren't good for anyone. As you have correctly noted: That's the point. And someone else can also say that Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane isn't good for Peter either. The only person who is good for Peter Parker is his dear Aunt May.

No. She's too good for him.
"The Tardis, when working properly, is capable of many amazing things. Not unlike myself."
To be fair, Spider-Man started out as a teenager who was also a high school student. Fighting crime, caring for a sickly aunt, and going to school doesn't provide the time of day for a crime fighting partner. But if Spider-Man was to have had a crime fighting partner when he was a college student, it might have been The Black Widow who he could learn a lot from after ASM #86. This might have been the perfect moment when Natasha could have become a mentor for Peter Parker by teaching him to become a better fighter and investigator. This was the type of partnership that I was referring to.

I'm not enamored with idea of Black Widow being Spider-Man's "crime-fighting partner," but I could definitely see a Shang-Chi-like scenario, where she helps to hone his stealth skills.
His memory's gone! Or...is it? It's not hard to fake amnesia! The Goblin is capable of anything!
This thread is going exactly the same way as it did on the Avengers board. The vast majority don't see them as working well together in this scenario.

There is one Spider-Girl that could be used in the mainstream Marvel Universe:
Galina Tsarfin
She's the clone of The Black Widow and (by extension) Spider-Man. Here is her information:

I would love to see her come the Earth-616 as the next true Spider-Girl.
If Lyra(clone of the Hulk and Thundra) could make the jump into Earth-616, why can't Galina? She would get the chance to know The Black Widow and Spider-Man respectively.

She turned up in like 3 issues before she left again. That's more of a guest stint than support character. If we're judging where a character resized based on where they last appeared or are appearing next, Black Cat is more in the Defenders' world.
I think Black Widow is generally too "straight" of a character to mix it up in Spidey's world too much. She brings a grounding element of sorts.
BUMP...changed my mind on this post...
