Good Grief, this could be the best idea ever for a horror mini with a mixture of Dark Comedy. I would love to see how Deadpool would off Frank Castle.![]()
I'm guessing that either Cable or Wolverine is the hero of the story who is trying to stop Wade. This could be fun and interesting. I'll give the first issue a shot.
Marvel do more horror comics, keep Bunn on them... but take out Deadpool

Another 4 issue tpb............
I thought Marvel were stopping with these minis. There are a lot of great characters needed some serious spotlight. if you are going to put out low selling minis why not make it that instead of these Alonso pet projects featuring the same old characters.
No offence Cullen. I'm sure you will write the hell out of this.
THIS IS GOING TO BE SO SICK! AWESOME!
Finally, we get the Deadpool we've been craving. This is what Deadpool MAX should have been about.
I'm interested in finding out how Deadpool's going to kill characters like Thor.
No, thanks. I read the Punisher series, and it was crap. I'm convinced the whole story was the last electrical impulses from Frank's dying brain after Spidey back-handed him into a coma.
I have no urge to read another B or C-list character's revenge fantasy.
White: One of the things I was most keen on was the idea that we take all the recognizable trademarks of Deadpool that people think are cute/eccentric/charming and make them disturbing. That we take a character people dismiss as a goof and show that as sort of a cover for the fact that he is dangerous and sort of frightening.
It saddens me that what was once the norm for Deadpool, is now nothing more than something that is regulated to alternate realities and "things we can't do in a core Deadpool title" mini-series.
Looks like 'Avengers X-Sanction' but on a bigger scale. I pray to the Gods that this doesn't end up in a Deadpool Corps vs Everybody cross over event...
