Back on subject though Batwoman fans are living in la-la land if they think the character will get the upper hand on Batgirl in Batgirl's OWN title. Besides they are BOTH well selling characters, so DC will in NO way give EITHER a loss where they wind up with egg on their face.

Batwoman will gain the upper hand then Batgirl gets the final blow to where they begin talking its full of typical cliche

To be honest, I don't Barbara is quite ready to take on Batwoman. So it will end in a impasse and the two will have some revelation on their great purpose etc. All in all, this series has been great (IMO!) which means it will probably very interesting.

She has met up with Batman. Id have to go back but if Im not mistaken Robin was there too and I would need to check TDK I think she was in that.

Either way, people are going to complain. Babs not winning in her book while Simone is writing her is unlikely. Kate not wiping the floor with her would be ridiculous. Just like Babs being able to beat Nightwing was ridiculous.

The last time I started a speculation thread on a future Batgirl issue like this the mods stated it was thread staking since the official issue thread wasn't up yet for another month and it was deleted, so I'm curious if they will remain consistent in this case.

We're keeping it in the solicitation thread, as has been done in the past with other single issues of titles on numerous occasions.

I suspect that Diana will be very approving of Batwoman, seeing her as an amazon warrior of sorts. I think they will like each other instantly and Diana being as smart as she is probably will be able to use her gay-dar that was honed from a nation of women to recognize that Kate's a lesbian right off the bat.

Who knows, maybe Batwoman will hit on Batgirl. I do recall though Gail saying she wanted to write a scene where Kate takes Barbara on a Pub crawl.

Well that's really on Morrison isn't it? At least other writers are expressing an interest in using Batwoman outside of her own title. Personally I would really enjoy seeing Batwoman guest star in Justice League Dark. I've said before I think she could fit on that team, at least part time at any rate.

I cannot wait for Batwoman and Batgirl 12, but more so I want October to hit and see if Batwoman helped Batgirl's sale and Wonder WOman helped Batwoman's. I think if Batwoman helps Batgirl's sales and it was large enough maybe just maybe DC could green light a team up book with these two and other previous unused Bat-girls like Cassie and Steph perhaps. you never know.
