    - Batman cover is intriguing due to the shut down symbol. It slightly reminds me of Revolution trailer, which begs the question, maybe the technological side of Batman will be removed from the crime fighting equation? It would be cool.

    - Batwoman is much cooler when it goes hand in hand with it's solicitation. I'm expecting some great ramifications from To Drown the World which will led to Kate's team up with Kyle Abbot. Watching YJ, I wish Whisper would cameo in BW.

    - Batgirl? Babs doesn't really stand a chance, but mid fight they'll realize that they're fighting for nothing and kisses and hugs will ensue. Maybe not, since Kate is jokerish pale, and that would trigger Babs' TKJ PTS.

    - Birds of Prey: Cover is as bland as usual, why didn't they let Foreman do it? smdh Solicitation is as sexy as Poison Ivy can be.

    - Inc cv reminds me Wrath and his sidekick. Other than that it's nothing special.

    - Red Hood looks incredible. Is that a flirting stewardess from #2 Jason is holding?

I hope not I really hate Ivy as a villain. Chaotic Neutral is always better.

The supposed set of #0 issues planned for Sept will no doubt have some cancellations lurking. Captain Atom's new solicit reads like an ending is coming.

Of course it will probably have some beginnings too.

-Batman cover and solicit look very interesting sounds like he'll be going back into internet 3.0 or something (or did they remove that)

-Batgirl vs. Batwoman looks interesting but since I haven't read Batwoman I'll keep opinions to myself

-Red Hood and the Outlaws has one of the best covers that I've seen in a long time. I think this book is one of those that flies under the radar but is actually really good.

-Tony Daniel's covers are always explosive and action packed and I love it. Seriously take a lookvat all of his Detective Comics covers, they're so kinetic.

-Batman: TDK love finch's art but I'm glad they got a new writer. Hopefully the title improves so I can consider it canon again. Also love the menacing scarecrow, finally beginning to take him seriously.

I don't know. I think Rocafort is pretty fantastic, but the book itself is one of those that people seem to either love or hate. Not because of the art though, i think even people like myself that don't care for the book can admit that its a damn pretty book, if nothing else.

I have to admit the Batman #12 cover did make think Batman+Shazam! All very solid solicits. I absolutely love the Red Hood and the Outlaws cover, it reminds of an old sic-fi movie flick or something out of Halo or Mass Effect.

Ya I know what you mean. I do love the art too, the way the panels are laid out is pretty cool. I also like the way he hints at Jason's face through the helmet.

Someone else thought of that, too? Great minds think alike.

Yes. And it sure seems completely coincidental that she is in space.

Red Hood looks amazing. Birds and Batman look good. Nothing else stands out as interesting thus far.

Im really tired of Gail writing barbara can we bring in TOMASI?
Nod, nod, mumble... what? Tomasi? DCnU Tomasi has been more disappointing than drinking milk. That stuff was nice years ago. Now it needs some damn chocolate.

I would like to say for the record that this is the FIRST TIME I've withheld dong when someone was so desperately asking for some.

    Re: Batgirl #12

I think I've figured the most likely scenario and organic reasons from BOTH of Bab's & Kate's books as to why there would be a natural rumble between them. Kate is still going to be upset over Bette being gutted and in the hospital, and she will take it upon herself to what she sees as a necessary beat-down on Batgirl because Batwoman will see her as just another sidekick that shouldn't be out in the field like how she thinks of Bette.

Meanwhile Batgirl had her fight with Nightwing in issue #3 to declare her need for independence and then in issue #6 after working with Batman and getting his blessing, having her confidence back. Now this woman out of nowhere who isn't even closely affiliated like Bab's is to Bruce & Dick comes saying Batgirl has no right to endanger herself by putting on her cowl.

Those are pretty organic reasons for a brief tete-a-tete between the characters per what is actually going on in both their books.
    Pull list:
Adv. Time, Avengers AI, Batgirl, Batman '66, B & R, BOP, E 2, Fearless Defenders, He-Man, JL: Dark, Katana, Shadowman, Swamp Thing, The Ultimates, Ult. Spider-Man

I didnt like B&R at first, but the last 3 issues made the shaky start well worth it. at least imho.

I would love for Devin Grayson to take the writing over for Batgirl. Honestly if Barbara truly comes back then yeah Id take anyone, over this writing gail is crapping out.

Why should Kate even care? She doesn't even know her.
