Berto needs to get out there and rob a bank, take up international terrorism, or at the very least join up with the Hellfire Club again. Amara has a serious bad boy complex - first Empath, then Mephisto. It's exhausting.

I think it will be more Karma and CB coming from the future to warn them that the Hellions are still around and threatening to infect all of them, and the NM will try to prevent that.

Don't know about Mephisto and Amara's relationship but as for Sunspot that happened I don't know how many issues back, might have been 6 or 7 but it feels like 20.

I'm starting to think she just likes her relationships heavy on the emotional manipulation. Empath is self-evident, but Mephisto had to blackmail her into going out with him...

More likely that my girl's got a case of Stockholm syndrome.

YAY!!!! I'm so excited again. The back to back lackluster arcs of Diskhord and De-Animator were a bit slow, but Exiled has been great so far, and this has me excited. Also, all the stand alone issues have been stronger than the arcs.

Empath wouldn't be with them - he's alive (and blinded), so he wouldn't be amongst the zombie Hellions. And as much as I love the Hellions (and it is much) they can't hold a freaking candle to the NMs. Tell you what - I'll trade Dani for Roulette and Nate for Empath though.

Folding Roulette, Tarot, Catseye and maybe Empath into the New Mutants (again, they can have Nate and no-one will care) is just the kind of spark this book desperately needs.
