Apologies if this has already been done or if the results are more obvious than I think.
This is movie Hulk (2nd Hulk movie and Avengers) vs. movie Thor (Thor and Avengers).
We saw them fight in the movie but never to a conclusion.

Part of it is whether you think Thor's lightning can affect someone who isn't skinned raw by the charge of a giant metal monster.
As far as the usefulness of Thor's area attacks go.
I don't otherwise remember Thor's lightning feats beyond frying single Chitauris and stopping movie Destroyer longer than Xena.

I'm pretty sure he always called it down.
I'm willing to spot him the ability to do that even in the arena as to not have the fight decided by creating a wholly artificial and unlikely situation that takes away a major power of one combatant.
Honestly, movie versions, I think it's an incredibly hard fight but I'm honestly leaning slightly towards the Hulk. I felt that in the current movie, he was presented as being the powerhouse on a level even a bit beyond Thor. Thor wasn't presented as being able to fly while doing much fighting while in flight so Thor flying around is just a break from combat for both of them and the Hulk had an accuracy with his leaps that was tatamount to flight.
100 feet away..... I think he could get away. Jumping is nice, but self powered flight is still better overall. Thor can change directions. Just fly up.
Ok, remember when Thor and Hulk were both fighting together on top of that dragon like alien during the invasion? It was pretty quick.
Here is the play by play.
Hulk and Thor were beating up some alien dudes and Hulk broke off a jagged piece of the dragon alien's armor. He slammed that piece of armor into the dragon's head. Then Thor finished it off by slamming that piece of armor deep into the alien's skull. Well.... the metal piece that he hit was clearly electrified by Thor's hammer during the strike. Even after the alien fell you could see random sparks here and there. Then came the comedic moment of Hulk punching Thor for no reason.

Well.... if you can space toss I'd imagine you could go pretty high up.
It was the only electrified strike I remember seeing and it killed his opponent.
So..... because of that we never get to see a comparison between a normal strike and an electrified one.
If he takes the time to charge the hammer it must help. After seeing what a normal strike does to the Hulk.... it can't hurt.

Outside of the confined quarters of the Helicarrier I think Thor wins. The strategy Thor used against the Destroyer should work against the Hulk; get airborne immediately then whip up a massive tornado to lift the Hulk into the air and incapacitate him. Since the Hulk lacks the Destroyer's ranged weaponry Thor can blast him at a distance without having to worry about reprisal, or take him up high into the sky and drop him, knocking him out/reverting him back to Banner when he lands, like when the Hulk fell in the Avengers.
During their helicarrier fight, did anyone else think that Hulk would have been KO'd by Thor's mjolnir-shoryuken uppercut? That shot looked vicious and knocked Hulk's head pretty far back. I thought Hulk would have been down for the count after that one.
The hulks in the 2nd movie and avengers don't have much of a leaping power, at least not enough to catch a high flying Thor.
The 1st hulk on the other hand, does have holy shit leaping power, using it to travel across the desert. In fact, him jumping around there were the best scenes in HULK for me.
