As agile and good a swordsman as Ganondorf might be, he's not going to be able to keep up here. He'll dance around for a while, but eventually Bowser will get a few good hits in and it's over.

2) Ganon gets the Triforce of Power, and Bowser gets his army

Ganon is effectively unkillable here. They can't even pin him down for a ten count, because he'll just teleport out.
