Well, not that it's important, but the nationality thing isn't actually a feat. The mother had apparently said she'd slap him into another nationality, and then he pictured in his mind what that might be like.

yeah as mentioned, composite mom would include mother nature, gaia, and all mother goddesses or spiritual beings from pretty much any ancient real culture, mythology, or religion, which means composite mom is kinda omnipotent and omnipresent.
