Megamom and DynamoDad are the two most powerful non-omnipotents parents I can think of.

Eh, there are a few people who would turn their mother into meat. Though, I don't see why. Years of hard work and looking after children usually makes their meat too rough to eat.

Athena may be a mom in Saint Seiya Omega, which would make this composite really strong depending on how well they keep the power levels.

composite mom's answer to just about everything is Robitussin, have Cosmic booboo, put some Robitussin on it, infected by a alien virus, use Robitussin and etc. plus she's back up with compostie dad who can fix just about anything with duct tape , and knows just what about anything cost.
